rate me pleaseFollow

i just want some criticism on my gear, what am i doing right what am i doing wrong and what should i do to correct what im not doing right. http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Alleria&n=Altha

I looked over your gear and I have 1 quick question... why would you put Icy weapon chant on your Axe? That just escapes me. Other than that your gear looks good.

As for your talents I'd move your 5 from Imp mark and put it in efficency and i also agree you should move that 1 point from Arc shot to Rapid killing.

I never understood Icy either. I mean I know the idea behind it, but that idea never made sense to me. The idea of course being that, if Icy procced it would slow the enemy down, allowing you to get to Ranged distance.

That never made sense to me, because, the only time you would use your melee would be to wing clip. So the only chance Icy would have to proc would be with wing clip. Unless I'm wrong on this Wing Clip and Icy's slowing effect won't stack, so it never made sense to me.

lol, one of my friends is an enchanter and offered to give it to me for free, i like how the icy looks so i got it, i dont really need it as i almost never loose aggro, just got it for looks. im not really going to enchant my gear till im close to 70 since im just going to be replacing it soon anyways and dont really have much money, and ill be sure to move my talent points around as soon as i hit 66 today.
