[Windwalker's Sash of the Nightmare]
It says plus 28 shadow damage. However, titan panel says that my total shadow damage is still 0.
What's the problem?

last time i checked titan wasn´t updated in ages! but that is ages ago

There is no difference. Titan Panel can be buggy at times, and doesn't always update changes in gear. Last night I got killed twice on my hunter while fighting nagas in Zangarmarsh, and Titan Panel still showed my durability at 100% for quite a while.
Check the tooltip on your character sheet. Does the +shadow damage show there? If not, then there's a glitch of some sort.

if everything else is at 0 but you have 28 shadow damage, it will label as +0 spell damage. however if you mouse over the +0 spell damage, you can see individual spell damage set by element.
