Your gear is more than fine for tanking at that level. I was tanking in instances with almost all green gear. You have an epic and mostly blues that are enchanted. You kinda look like you are geared up to be a twink.

Build is fine for a Prot Pally. You may want to work on getting some points in your holy tree though for Spiritual Focus. For hate holding you want to make sure that you have Righteous Fury active at all times. This won't work on all abilites/spells though. You need to do holy damage. For me I usually can't lose hate when tanking because I'm ret spec and with Seal of Command I do lots of holy damage.

Make sure you are using Seal of Rightousness and Judging it when you can. That will help with hate since you need to deal holy damage to accumulate threat. You do have inmproved righteous fury which is good but I don't think you are doing enough holy damage. The main reason I say to get Spiritual Focus up is so you can throw out an occasional FoL on a damaged member. That will also help you accumulate hate.

Do as much holy damage as you can or else it will be hard for you to keep hate. Never let up on it and use it as often as possible. If you need to tank more than one mob Consecration is a great hate taker for all enemies around. Just make sure you don't have any crowd controlled enemies around of course.
