FAQ has a good Arms/Fury PvE build. Probably should have checked that post first eh?

I did look at that post, eh?

Anyways...no where in the faq does it have a SPECIFIC Slam Spam build.

Also which stance to be using with it.

Because if I'm going to be using Berserker stance then I should invest in the talent, if not then i shouldn't.

Hence why I came asking for help.

all you need to slam spam is the skill slam. having imp slam actually doesn't help when spamming slam.

could you be more specific with your request for a slam spamming build.

is this a leveling, grinding at 70, or dps?

I'd suggest a 31/30 ms/slam build for just plain grinding.

Well lets see, you must not have looked because it talked about slam and then below it stated a 33/28 build with slam included in the talents you would use.

You also did not ask for a SPECIFIC build but for a GENERAL build. The one in the FAQ was quite general.

ugh, just help the guy a little.

I use the 31/30 build with MS and 5/5 flurry. Flurry is really too good a talent to pass up unless your raiding and want the 4% extra damage, which you should. For solo, I'd rather have flurry up.

You should have imp slam. Slam without it isn't worth it.

As for the stance, really there's no set stance but berserker seems to work better. If your raiding you'll want access to WW, and for solo the 3% extra crit will keep up flurry more, and your only really missing Overpower and Thunderclap and getting WW and berserks. It's a better tradeoff imo because you probably won't have many things dodging u solo if you have any amount of +hit.

If i'm going to be in Berserker stance, should I even bother to get Improved Charge/Thunder Clap, as I wont be using these skills?

I'm going to disagree with you and say Battle stance, and here's why:

1) While leveling, most players won't have any +hit, at least until they get to 60+ and access the Outlands.

2) 3% extra crit will keep Flurry up more often, yes, but on most mobs that you'll be grinding solo, the fight is so short (20 seconds tops), and the weapons you'll be using are so slow (3.60 abouts), that the extra crit won't make up for the extra 10% damage you'll be taking.

3) Thunderclap is one of the best abilities out there for soloing and grouping. It builds a base agro for multi-mob pulls, and reduces incoming damage significantly.

When you add it all up (pun intended):

reduced incoming damage (battle vs. berzerker) + reduced incoming damage (TClap) = Less Downtime = more exp/hour = faster leveling.

/agree when soloing and using a 31/30 or 33/28 build. when instancing/raiding, you want the most dps possible and should stay in zerker stance. you shouldn't be taking damage directly in instances or raids unless you're offtanking or weren't watching the threat meter, so zerker stance in this case would be ok.

Can't help someone who can't help themselves. Hence reading the FAQ in more detail would have been a great start. By reading I don't mean skimming. That is quite apparent in his case. Oh well.

Repeat after me: Hit rating does nothing to decrease the chances of a mob blocking, parrying, OR dodging my attacks. It ONLY reduces my chances of missing with my attacks.

Perhaps you meant expertise?
