ok for normal quest grinding purposes I have been normally using either Kings or sanctuary (when pulling 5 or so mobs) but I am starting to wonder if I should just use Might instead.

Now obviously I am prot as my toon is lvl 31 and have all my points in prot to go along with my wife who is running a holy priest.

If armory ever loads I slap my links on for me and my wife.

Reason I ask is I always give her wisdom as she really doesn't need anything but that.

I however am trying to figure out if I should spec away from kings for now and get Improved Might. I like Kings but it seems like the benifit is not really worth the trade off. Now I switch buffs on myself frequently to hold control of the battle. Blessing of freedom when ever rooted, then back to kings or sanctuary, when running LoM I pop wisdom and keep goin.

Last night my wife and I ended up taking down 6 mobs 2 lvl 31's, 3 lvl 32's and a lvl 33. I just used seal of light to keep the extra heals to go up and blessing of block. Problem is I am starting to feel inadiquit. Seems like I am taking longer to burn down mobs than it use to be and thinking maybe the buff change would help. Thanks for your time and guidance.

*edit* cause I'm an idiot and was calling Blessing of sanctuary block lol. At least everyone knew what I was talking about.

as prot you will probably never take down mobs fast. thats the ret tree's specialty. as prot you can take down multiple mobs at once. holy and ret pallys will have a hard time with more than 2-3 mobs. i'd stick with kings or, probably better, sanctuary. maybe wisdom for now, but at higher levels you'll get your mana regen from being healed.

Holy doesn't have a problem with multiple mobs like ret does. When I was farming consortium rep I'd pull 6-8 mobs, consecrate (lots of damage due to my spell damage), throw on conc aura and sit there and heal until the consecrate was up again. It'd eat through my mana, but considering I'd pull 6-8 and kill them all at once, it actually saved me lots of time farming. Things you learn when you force yourself to grind/quest/etc. as holy since level 58.

this is why i keep coming back to learn from you dilbrt... i leveled 10-70 a holy on my main and could occasionally handle 4 mobs my level, but usually had a hard time. mostly i stayed away from anything more than 2.... didn't really learn abut how holy does good damge till i was 70 and started leveling my ret. learned the differences and it heled a lot with both.

Well I had the convenience of having a holy priest in my pocket so to say or I would have died a miserable death. Which shortly after that pull some lvl 43 Gnome thought it would be funny to gank my wife as I finished off the last mob.

Then it took him 2 min(a slight exageration prolly a little less than a minute but still helarious) to kill me I laughed at him cause I was 32 and he couldn't take me down. I killed at least 1 more mob while he was pounding on me. =D (what a sucky warrior)
