Hello, I have a question about blessing of might.
When I hold my mouse on top of my blessing of might button it says increasing attack power by 102. But if I hold my mouse on the buff in the top right of the screen it says increasing attack power by 85.
Anyone knows why this is?

Do you have Improved BoM talent? If so that's why. The buff on you does not display the actual benefit of the spell when it has been enhanced through talents.

Yes I have the improved BoM talent. So my AP is increased by 102 altough the buff says 85.

Do they intend on fixing this? Is it even considered broken?
It's been this way for years and it bugs the hell outta me that the buff doesn't indicate the actual effect on blessings, auras, etc.

Every buff and debuff does this. On the official forums it's listed as a bug that's caused by the way their game system works, and not something they can fix. *shrug*
yeah, try to explain in raid why you have Sanc aura and JotC as a Ret. "But none of us use Holy spells"
i take it that, it doesnt tell everyone that they get 2% more damage and 3% more crit?
everyone in your party. That's if you're not having to be in the MT group and run devo, not in a caster group having to run conc, and not having to run some type of resistance aura. It's still 90% mainly for you so its an aura (thing that gives bonus to other people) that mostly only benefits you.

If you have to explain that to your raid, then you are in one scrub raid.
Oh and Imp BoM ftl, unless you raid and are asked to spec into it and even then ewww.

We are talking about blizzard - they haven't fixed the druid range bug which has been there since day one, so why should they fix this?
