Need help with neck itemFollow

I'm not sure if I should get "Choker of Vile Intent" or "Brooch of Deftness"

I'm not good at calculating dps so any help would be nice.

As a stam fiend, I probably would have immediately gotten the Brooch of Deftness. Especially if I have more AP with a lot of my other equipment. But then again, that's just me =P
