Lookin pretty good. Its rather uncommon for builds to skip Imp. VE but if you don't need it for leveling/grinding then continue on.
Off topic, I wish the pre-OL gear all had +dmg stats back when I was your level.

In response to the VE statement, i find that i can just toss a renew up when the mob is dead and move to the next, i will probably take it later on for a pvp spec at 70 though.

aside from that, I don't know if you had just healed an instance or something, but generally mixing damage and heal gear isn't too good, unless of course you had nothing better for that slot in which case disregard this comment

I don't need another proffesion, and in response to the "mixing heal gear with dmg gear thing", i'm leveling, the heal gear now has dmg on it and has 13 stam, why would i pass that up?

Popping in and out of shadowform is a big waste of mana, if you are having to do this you should consider Imp.VE or making use of first aid.
