I'm just about to hit 70 on my warrior and I'm aiming for major pvp, in particular 2v2 and 3v3 arena. I don't intend on hitting those up too heavily until I get some of the S1 stuff however. Regardless, I'm beginning to set up my macros and change my spec around, however the one thing I'm still in the dark about is controlling my toon. I'm not sure how/where to set my keys and whether I should be strafing or using the mouse for certain things, I've looked around and seen some ideas but none of them feel natural for me. Anyways, I was just curious as to what some of the pros out there like to do with there controls, as I'm sure there are lots of varieties. Thanks for all your input!!

By the way, if you want to take a sec to rate my spec (for a 2v2 with a disc/holy priest) it would also be appreciated =)

Everyone is different, but I unbound every single key that was by default bound to an alphabetic character and rebound it to Shift+Char. So for example map is now Shift+M, Character panel is now Shift+C. Then I bound my action bars to 1-5, adfrtghzxcvb etc.

For stances I put battle stance on Mouse Button 4 (clicked with my thumb), and Defensive Stance is Mouse Wheel Up, and Berserker Stance is Mouse Wheel Down. Originally I tried to have the mouse wheel scroll through the stances, but I found sometimes I would accidentally go too far. This way it's perfect and avoids that.

I do something similar to redbarrom, but I find it really inconvenient to have to stop moving to press Shift-1 or shift-2 or something, and it can really ***** me up, literally make or break a fight.

Duvar, if you happen to read this again, how do you move? Using the mouse? Or using your shift-a,s,d,w,q,e? I was curious as to whether using the normal keys on they keyboard would work, or if it would be awkward trying to move around. I tend to move around alot when I PvP, so it would be nice to keep myself mobile.

Anyways, thanks for the responses =)

I use QWES for movement. My action bars are like this:

Stance Specific Action Bar Keys: ADFGHZXCV

Battle Stance: Mocking Blow, Thunder Clap, Cleave, Overpower, Hamstring, Charge, Retaliation, Attack, Ranged Attack:

Defensive Stance: Taunt, Thunder Clap, Cleave, Shield Bash, Spell Reflection, Intervene, Shield Wall, Attac, Ranged Attack

Berserker Stance: Berserker Rage, Whirlwind, Execute, Pummel, Hamstring, Intercept, Recklessness, Attack, Ranged Attack

Non stance specific Action Bar Keys: 123456789

Shield Slam, Devastate, Revenge, Shield Block, Heroic Strike, Concussion Blow, Stoneform, Trinket1, Trinket2

This way similar functions are on similar keybinds (e.g. charge, intercept, intervene) when I switch stances.

Additional ACtion Bar: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7

Last Stand, Demo Shout, Commanding Shout, Bloodrage, Battle Shout, Intimidating Shout

Does anyone have any input on good key binding setups for the Logitech G11 or G15 keyboard?

no, but i'm surprised nobody mentioned keybinding to your mouse.

i'm prot specced atm, and my keybinding looks like this on my 5 button mouse:

mousewheel down: shield slam
mousewheel up: revenge
shift+mousewheel down: devastate
shift+mousewheel up: tclap
press mousewheel: shield block
mouse button 4: zerker stance anti-fear macro
mouse button 5: cleave
E: shield bash
R: taunt
2: heroic strike
3: spell reflect

one of these days, i'll add F: concussion blow, 1: intervene and X: use ranged weapon.

when i'm specced 17/44, i go with:
mousewheel down: BT
mousewheel up: WW
press mousewheel: HS
mouse button 5: cleave
