I need some good weapons and armor for a lvl 15 and also where to get how much and good enchants and how much they are worth
Ummmm....
Just use whatever quest reward you can get, as you will get rid of the weapons quickly if you are leveling.
If you are looking for chants and not Twinking, then it is a waste.
If you are looking for chants to twink with, then you should look through the 292852739238956234905823942834281563049586123049851309845103948510398456109845610947856109875610948561094856 other "how do I twink my rogue" thread, or L2Google.

Roll a warrior. At level 15 it's not too late to save yourself.
Run Deadmines if you're Alliance and Wailing Caverns if you're Horde.
