Im not a master pvper so dont take my word for fact, but my advice would be:

1. Definatly take that one point out of careful aim. Since PvP gear has low intellect already, its almost a waste of a talent point for such a low return.

2. Im kind of a little iffy on Improved arcane shot. 4 points for .8 seconds just doesnt seem worth it for me. Some would argue it but that just my opinion.

3. My last opinion is about Improved stings. I would say that you or your target might not live out long enough to get the real benefits from this and either way its not a great talent anyway.

i'm not a PvP buff so as I said above, dont take my word for fact, but those are my suggestions.

You do more arena or Bgs? anyway improved of arcane shot is crusial in pvp..is the shot you will use it more..and now without the deadzone is the shot that gives the winning with melee characters..the bestial swiftness is useless..you can have dash for it..but still the best pvp builds are BM/MM 41/20 or SV/MM with wyvern stings..

I thought MM/SV was the PVP build, especially for Arena.

It is, but his build is a somewhat specialized 2v2 build... Bestial swiftness is there to make your pet as fast as a druid in travel form, making it MUCH harder for them to lose your pet and go for a drink. Careful aim is great when you are in full S3, because it is a bigger bonus then RWS at that level of gear. Really, the only 2 changes that I would make to the build would be to lose thick hide for Imp Rev pet (since bringing the pet back to keep harassing the magic user who is OOM is what wins games) since good teams WILL kill your pet through thick hide anyways... And find points to fill out Imp stings (essential for hunter arena PvP). Other than that, it's already been shown to be a good build.
