Forgive my ignorance but does the +22 Spell Damage on this Orb of Darkmoon ( http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=19426;source=live ) neckpiece reward from Darkmoon Fair mean that you get 22 extra damage per tick of each DOT spell applied to a mob? I might be reading it wrong and that you only get 22 extra spell damage on each spell cast. Can anyone clarify please?
I'm trying to decide which of my alts to give 100 odd Vibrant Plumes to and I think my baby warlock may make better use of this reward than my priest or mage.
