IV Macro?Follow

I'm looking for a macro to cast Icy Veins then Frost Bolt with the following parameters:

Only cast IV on a new target
Additional button presses cast Frost Bolt.

I know this can be done with the /castsequence, however, I would rather not power up icy veins just before the last FB finishes the mob. (hope that makes sense).

If I use something like:

/castsequence reset=target Icy Veins, Frost Bolt

will that work?

I can't test this at the moment, your help is appreciated.
