I recently purchased the Precisely Calibrated Boomstick for one of my alts. The problem, I have both a rogue and a hunter which can use this. Now I know a rogue doesnt really use guns, but the +14 agility is really too much to pass up. My hunter would probably benefit more from this, but I really love playing my rogue. Question is, should I equip this gun on my rogue or is it really a waste of an epic weapon?
For rogue's the range slot is more about stats and their main hand and off-hand about dmg. For hunters it's the opposite, they should go for the stats on the mele and dmg on the ranged.
The hunter will use the stats from the gun as well as the dmg. The rogue would only benefit from the stats. It depends on how much you really play your rogue vs your hunter.
