Is there an addon that shows all mobs that are attacking you (and group), along with their health bar, mana bar, buffs, and debuffs?
I thought I saw one, but I can't remember it for the life of me....

X perl is nice. Can show target of target of target. Also show buff/debuffs and everyones current targets. Shows your mana regen and when it starts. Also tells a whole lot more. Have fun with it.
