Sl/SL for Heroics and RaidsFollow

Do any if you go to heroics and raid as an SL/SL lock? If so is it any good or does your DPS lack? I really do not want to spend 50g everytime I want to go instance but still want to do my arena as SL/SL.

I know that when u go sl/sl your dps does not shine like the other builds, however I have not tried it in instances, yet. Try it and lemme know :) 1 daily should cover the repair cost of a heroic if you try it.

you will lack massive DPS. It is really not advisable.

Not really bothered about coming top of damage meter, just wanted to know if it was good enough so as not too let group down. Will swap out some of my PvP gear for FSW and some other bits as well for more damage and spell hit, should be able to get around 1300 shadow damage unbuffed.

Will give it a try this weekend and will let you know how it goes.

It depends, stay on your toes and get your imp buffed you will do pretty well. But if you are focused on PvE content respec.

without bane and improved shadowbolt you're useless in a raid. heroics can be done with any spec.

Done a few heroics with it, never raided. I was embarassed with my dps, but it wasn't any problem getting it done. I like to top meters though, so when I respec'd SL/SL for good I basically stopped doing PVE. I got all my badge rewards now so I have no reason to go back anyways.

I was top of the pack as UA, but my few trips into raids as SL/SL i was mid pack. I attribute the drop in dps to not having Bane and ISB.
