Tailoring... what next? stuck at 357 : ( please helpFollow

#1 Jan 10 2008 at 5:03 PM Rating: Decent
I posted this in trade skills but i figured i drop it here too since most of you guys are or have been tailors and can probably help me out.

OK as I said my tailoring is stuck at 357... only things i can make that aren't gray are Netherweave robe, spellcloth (green) , and spellfire belt (orange), now it seems a bit ridiculous to make more spellfire belts being as the mats are hella expensive and i can't even use or sell more than the one I already have. I have the pattern for Imbued netherweave robe but cant train it till 360. I tried making the normal netherweave robes but after making almost 10 of them and not skilling up even once i thought i'd come check in here. Am I really going to have to make probably 30-40 more robes to lvl to 360? that just doesn't sound right, please help

Here are two great sources:

Step by step level, in the drop down menu you can select once you get the next level all the way to 375. I linked the level you are stuck to start

http://www.lootables.com/?guide=Tailoring&page=13 to 360

EDIT: to 375 http://www.lootables.com/?guide=Tailoring&page=14

Also:

http://www.wowwiki.com/Tailoring_Leveling_Guide

EDIT: Here is the gist from this guide:

Make [Netherweave Robe] to get to 350, and [Netherweave Tunic] to get to 360.

Make [Imbued Netherweave Robe] or [Imbued Netherweave Tunic] to get to 375.

Is great as well.

EDIT: Both of these try to provide the minimum mats and spending money requirements. Hope it helps.

If you can run mechanar you can get the arcanoweave pattern which, depending on your server's prices, may be cheaper to make than the imbued set.

Excellent advice, rate up!

I just hit 375, and it would have been so much easier and much less coin if I had this pattern. Instead I had to grind out imbued netherweave robes, which gets real expensive real fast.

You can make Soulcloth Gloves until 365 and then DE them. You'll have to check prices though - when I leveled tailoring, void crystals were going for a good 35g each and Soul Essence at about 1g each, and voids have dropped a ton on my server since. If that doesn't look good, Arcanoweave Bracers (Arcatraz) and Arcanoweave Boots (Mechanar) are good ways to go. Expensive, but probably the best way to go. They DE into shards, which should refund between 20g and 30g, depending on your server economy.
