raiding/pve/pvp specsFollow

hi im a 70 be rogue currently speced for hemo/combat dual sword spec 0/40/21 i was wondering if there is a better spec that someone could help me out w/ for raiding pvp and pve i need to get my hit and crit raiting up higher and just looking for someone to help me out some and kinda give me a lil bit of additional info on a spec that will work and how to get the hit and crit up currently the guild im in on kargath server is in kara and bout to start in on gruul
