Has anybody noticed that non-heroic outland instances, that the final boss now drops a primal nether? Last 3 I did had the drop. Was this changed with new patch? Just wondering.

I'm 99% sure that the final bosses in non-heriocs always had a chance to drop primal nethers. But the drop rate is pretty low...maybe 1-5%.
I didn't see anything in the patch notes about them increasing that drop rate. I would chalk up your 3 in a row to an extraordinary bit of luck.

Not sure if that's changed in the patch, but I have seen it drop twice(once in Arcatraz and once in Mechanar) in non-heroic instances before the patch.
Well if i was just lucky then WOOT WOOT, one was mech and other 2 was steamvaults. Hope it keeps up i can use them.
Yeah, they've been always doing that. It's about a 20% drop, I've gotten... 2 so far from normals, but I've seen a couple others drop.
I've still never seen a nether drop in a normal instance :(
