What spec? What your spec is would heavily influence what addons would comprise a good UI for you. As a healadin I use Bongos for action bar placement/control, Healbot for healing and similar things (cleansing, blessings, etc) and a few various other ones for raid information and reporting.

Healbot will get plenty of positive and negative feedback from other forum posters I'm sure, since personal preference seems to lead people in a few different directions (Healbot, Grid, a few others) But Healbot has seemed to take care of my healing needs...and I've successfully run everything short of 25man content as the main healer.

Grid. Tried a few others but this suits me just fine.
Also Pally Power for buffs - it's invaluable in PvP.

Pally power FTW! I suggest Pally Power mod to any spec, great for groups and very solid.

Thank you for the suggestions

The only problem is that Pally Power looks to complicated & i have looked for the other mods suggested but i cant find them.

You want pally power. I don't know how its complicated. Right click on the dot to open the buff screen. Click on the space for each class to set the buff. Close screen. Left click on the "cast buff" button and poof 30m buffs.

I have a few add-ons in the FAQ including Grid and Pally Power, as well as a quick overview of each one.

Yes, it is that versatile!

Myself I have been using Healbot for up to 10 mans, havent tried 25 mans yet.

I used healbot, but I switched to grid because it puts the raid members clickable space in a smaller area making it easier to switch from target to target. Add clique to that and you're golden.
