New Aspects SuggestionFollow

I was think wheres the other aspects that hunters need !? I mean these days hunter will only use either viper or hawk(if they don't have viper. so here are a couple of suggestive aspects that could be brought to the hunter table of aspects...

Aspect of the Wolf: You and Party members within 30 yards of you get +25/+55/+85 damage per normal attack hit

Aspect of the Whale: Your swimming speed is increased by 30% but if you are hit, you become dazed for 4 seconds

Aspect of the Ravager: Anyone who hits you within 10 yards of you recieves -10/ -30/ -50 damage per hit

Aspect of the Master: Increases your mount and flying mount speed by 18% and This does not stack with other movement speed increasing effects.

Aspect of the Bird: Your falling is slowed and you can jump higher, but if you are hit you plummet back to the ground and are dazed for 4 seconds

I'm sorry if any of these ideas wer already thought up of a one point in time or another but i'm just here to suggest them either for the first time or once again.

please give your positive feedback and sugegstions and thank you for your time

no offense, but most are either useless or overpowered imo..

I agree with the swim speed, mount speed and wolf one, but lower the damage bonus to make it not so OP. But if that ever were to be implemented it would contend with AotH since they are basically the same thing, which tells me it probably won't happen.

Aspect of the wolf would remove all purpose of Trueshot aura and Expose weakness. We need to remember that there are three talent trees, not just BM.

I had the idea for something like aspect of the whale, but I called it aspect of the trout instead... not sure why, useless all the same.

Aspect of the ravager is interesting somewhat, but that would just reduce the need to stay out of range of your target (to a very small degree) and ruin the most important facet of being a hunter, keeping your foes at range. We already get mail armor, this would be overkill.

Aspect of the master: little jealous of Crusader Aura eh?

Aspect of the bird: another useless doo-dad.

i thought that asp of ravager could help in arena for those unable to get out of a melee-er's range and wanted something done when in need of help and yes i am a bit jealous of crusader aura... >.> and asp of bird, i thought would be useful in kiting kinda... jumping around and performing more shots in each jump... heh

edit: also asp of wolf would only help for the auto-shooting shots so i thought it wouldn't be too OP as those who kite or are pvp-ing on the run wouldn't be able to use it right?

Actually, aspect of the bird would make kiting worse. You lose speed when you jump, meaning longer jumps = less speed = target catches you.

If you're having a hard time staying out of melee range (especially now that it's so easy to get a conc shot at 6 yards) you're doing something wrong. Character abilities shouldn't be buffed just because a problem exists between keyboard and chair.

Aspect of the wolf wouldn't make the other benefits less benefitial, but would be WAY overpowered. Give a BM hunter a 2.6 weapon, and you got a 1.88 attack speed. 85 damage on wolf would be 45.2 extra DPS. If you factor in that 155 AP on hawk is equal to 15.2 DPS (after speed bonuses are factored in) that's WAY OP. Even 55 damage (29.2 DPS) or 25 (13.3 DPS) is OP, if it affects all party members, including your pet. Lower the damage, it virtually becomes hawk with a group focus. We got TSA for that.

Aspect of the master is a less-powerful version of Crusader Aura that affects only 1 person. While I do agree it wouldn't be a bad idea (not useless or OP IMO) I would up it to 20% and give it an animal name.

Aspect of the whale I would suggest adding underwater breathing and/or more speed. Better yet an aura that makes all group members within 40 yards able to breath underwater, as well as giving a speed increase to just you. Instead of dazing on hit, stun on hit.

Aspect of the Ninja - Increases your chances of successfully reaching 100 in Greed loot rolls. May cause blacklisting from all parties and groups.

Some suggestions (don't take too seriously)

Aspect of the Porcupine - You and Party members within 15 yards of you reflect 5% of damage back to their attackers.

Aspect of the Cat - Your movement speed and aggro radius is reduced by 50%.

Aspect of the Spider - Your raged shots have a chance of poisoning the target for 20 damage over 5 seconds. The effect can stack upto 5 times.

Aspect of Whale...? Also increase time spent under water? Seeing as they need air every (just guessing) 3hours or so?

Obviously for in-game purposes it would last an extra 30seconds or so?

(+ the increased swim speed)
