Ive been sitting in FSW (Frozen Shadowweave set) for a while now. Ive been replacing all other gear except for those pieces. I was just wondering when will I start changing those, and if someone would post the ideal lvl 70 Pure frost spec gear for pre 25 man raid.

You won't get rid of your FSW stuff till t5. I am not there yet, but I have 3 pieces of tier 4 and it just doesn't compare. GG blizz.

Onto the regular discussion, you will need to start replacing the pieces, on the bright side, the set bonus is crap so you do not need to worry about replacing that. You could probably start replacing them starting in ssc/tk. I finally just replaced my spellfire chest with the 'Robe of Hateful Echos' last night off of Hydross. I have the belt of blasting and tier 5 gloves for those replacements. As for FSW you can start replacing those with the mantle of elven kings/tier 5 and the boots for the 'boots of the velvet guardian' (I believe off of lurker). There may be a dip in spell damage (that is specific for the spec) but you generally gain stats in other areas that make up for it.

Yay! We're robe buddies! I just got mine tonight(well, last night now that it's technically Thursday morning). Finally replaced, and don't laugh, the robe I got from a trash drop the first time I ever ran a level 70 instance. Which was back in February of last year.
