Forgive me if this has been covered, I couldn't find anything after a quick search, though I might have missed it...
Just hit Outlands with my prot pally (wheee), and entered Shatt for the first time last night. I believe I'm at the point now where I need to choose which side I want to build rep for. However, I dn't really know much about the rewards between both. Obviously, I have some research to do.
Anyway, for you prot pallys who have already done this, which side did you go with and why?

really depends on your professions. or maybe the shoulder enchants. scryers is 15 defense 10 dodge, aldor is 15 dodge 10 defense.... what are your professions?

Enchanting and skinning :P
Flip a coin.
It doesn't really matter, just decide if you want to kill Blood Elves to increase your rep (Scryers) or if you want to kill demons to increase your rep (Aldor)

On a side note, there's a really good place to farm signets/tomes in SMV as a prot pally. I've been farming there often and have gotten tons of signets and about 6 tomes so far, as well as an Ancient Sceptor of Sue-min. The mobs are all around the elite mob named Enithreal, or something, I forget. Also really helps to have the shield block trinket from ShHalls (For the 120 health/block when used)
would love to know what area this is in since I do need to get quite a few signets and tomes for my hunter and if I can have fun aoe grinding and getting the signets I need even better.

I believe this is the demon hunter training area in the east end of the zone near Black Temple. Have to be careful of a few elites and occasionally a caster mob, but the majority of the mobs there are dual-wielding demon hunter wannabes.
That's a great spot. My first trip up there, I started at the bottom of the ramp and got an Arcane tome on my first or second kill -- I didn't think I'd ever see one of those!

scryer for all classes as you can just jump off of the scryer area and not die, Aldor is too high and I hate waiting for the elevator.

It does kinda suck when I switch to my warrior alt and jump off the ledge though...
You go up the temple and theres a bunch of Demon Hunters (about 12 groups of 2 for a total of 24) training there with an elite demon hunter walking around who is obviously their instructor. If you are going to pull the groups, just don't get near him. I can solo him, but it takes me about 5-10 minutes. When I first hit 70 he destroyed me. He mana burns as well as hits very fast.

Bubblejump.....coooooool I'm only level 18ish on my pally so forgive my ignorance:)
