Hi, i like pvping alot and have built up a fairly good set of pvp gear (375 resil and 13k health), but for some reason whenever i do some arenas with my teams we lose as many as we win, and its next to impossible to get our rating up.

Can anyone give any suggestions as to how i can improve my teams ratings? (specc/gem/gear wise)

Well, I don't think it's your gear or your spec. It might be your team makeup. I don't know enough about it, but you might be better off if your druid went resto (2v2). I can't comment on your 3v3 because I've only done about 10 total matches on 3v3.
edit: I used to 2v2 with a holy pally and we had an ok time...about 60% win. We got up to about 1650 rating, but I haven't done arena since halfway through season two.

Me and the druid never had any problems before S3 started, when we were in the high 1600s, but ever since it started we've struggled to get over 1550.
Also, he tried resto once, but because he wasnt used to it and he doesnt have any resto pvp gear it didnt go too well.
