As you can see I have 2/5 Vengeful pieces and 4 Vindicators pieces. I am grinding honor to get the rings replaced with vind and vet bands. I am saving badges for Dory's embrace for back upgrade.
After rings I am going to honor grind for better trinket (2 minute one) and S1 pieces while I do weekly arena for S3 and S2 (weapons and shoulders). My spec isn't updated as I can't decide where to go (most likely will be a Cmbt swords or Shs swords) while I collect mats to go to Dragonmaw and Cmbt maces.
I currently live in BGs or arena when I am on, but my guild is going to start kara sometime in next 2 weeks. Do I need to work on second set of "PVE" gear for Kara from heroics and instances or will current setup suffice.
Also you can see my hit is really low. What gem and or enchantment changes would you suggest to make me a little more potent in the arena.

Your gems need to be +hit, you are at 90 HR which is about 100 too low to be raiding. You can afford drop about 3k to 4k HP and get some AP/Agi/Crit/Hit.
Weapon-wise you'll be fine until SSC tbh, however if you can pick up Spiteblade do so.
Enchant wise its Mongoose for weapons and +AGI or +AP on everything else which ever yields more DPS on the particular gear.
Theres a better ring out of Sethekk Halls (Heroic or otherwise) instead of the Aldor one.
So basically for you right now, you have to in this order:
1) Improve your hit rating
2) Improve your AP
3) Improve your Crit/trinkets
