ming posted about 30-0-31 hemo...

im gonna just say no to that entirely, i dont care how often hes right, that makes little to no sense

cb is nice vs casters and all, but its not exactly the most potent ability nowadays

and seal fate? /blink

average rogue will have 20-21% effective crit against high resil opponents, thats not a high yield of extra cp for 5 points

just sounds too iffy, i dont see it happening

what i do see happening though?

19-42-0 back in effect
0-33-28 still used for the extra survivability
25-0-36 for 2v2/3v3 meebee?
combat mutilate being back a lil more

i dont see shadowstep making a push myself, i honestly dont see it

it will need 1 more buff first, *break movement impairing effects and scare effects* would be enough i think, but i dont see it happening

if i was going for serious arena ratings...

2v2: 23-0-38 if its twin dps, 19-42-0 with healer
3v3: 25-0-36 if i was gonna be focus fired, combat mutilate or 19-42 if not
5v5: no idea, i dont do it... something with QR though im sure
