Started WoW - Paladin 1st toon -- need adviceFollow

Well I finally made the jump from EQ to WoW. My first toon is a Paladin, he's level 14 and I am clueless on how to set him up. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

He's a raw toon with only spells and armor from what I could buy from vendors. But I haven't touched any of the ability points I've been awarded so far.

and honestly, for nothing but pure leveling i would go in the Retribution tree.
putting those points in ASAP will improve your game play.
you'll respec so many times in youre travels, that it wont matter much now.

and if i can give advice...
In my honest opinion, starting a new toon, fresh with no money, get at the very least mining and sell all the copper "ore" you can get.
I found that mining is the best low level money maker out of everything.
