If they're like me, and probably a lot of others, then they have a hard time remember what quests they have done with which toon. I have 3 70s and if somebody asks me if I've done a certain quest many times I just don't recall which, if any, of my toons have completed it. Would be handy to have something where you put in a quest name and find out if you've done it or not.
