Corruption - let down :(Follow

As an affliction lock I have come to love my instant cast corruption and the extreme damage that it does. I just noticed however that when you get the last level of corruption at 65 it goes from 822 damage to 900 damage. A measly 78 damage over 18 seconds!

What gives? When at 65 78 more damage is nothing.

Oh i use +spell damage and i still will use the spell obviously but I am saying that improvement over the previous level is so minuscule it is insulting.


With your impressive +spell damage if the original spell did 822 or 900 damage your final result would have been hardly different.

Remember, also, that CorruptionVII is a level 60, and CorruptionVIII is only level 65, only a 5 level difference...

While Seed is a much different spell overall, even the base component on it is much more powerful and is effected by your "Corruption" talents.

I guess you'd rather not have the final rank at all? It is an improvement, and with plusses to spell damage, and Emp. Corr that minor increase in amplified by the better gear you get at those levels.
