ok guys, ive been going over there talent trees regularly looking for something amazing. some of the major builds are great but i want a bit of individuality also. I have come to a build that I like alot. tell me what you think, keep in mind this is a player who will be mainly doing Arena and BGs.

I think this build combines the great DoTs of affliction locks and the strong spells of destro locks.
With shadowburn no need to hope the dots will finish him of before he gets a heal in.
Siphon life and drain life(with siphon life and fel concentration talents) will be great for getting a little health back.
also got demonic embrace because its awesome.
but the most interesting part of this build is both Nightfall and Backlash give me a chance at instant Shadowbolts.

This build will be almost pointless in Arena. You are lacking survivability. Resilience is so prevalent there that you will be unlikely to crit. There is a reason the SL/SL Build is so popular. It's the only one with enough utility/survivability to be of any (real) use in Arena. Maybe you can pull this off in 2v2 **shrug**

Any build can work in a BG because your death has little impact upon the game if you take your opponent with you :P Heck sometimes I just run in and let people kill me if it gives the warrior some extra chance to do more damage while they focus on me.

Disclaimer: I have done a LOT of BGs but have very little experience in Arena. Havent done any since S1 because I've concentrated on PvE
