I was wondering the same thing recently, so I put together this list. There's some overlap and sometimes there's more than one item for the same slot. This is because some have different stats, like SBV, or resist, etc.


CoT - Escape from Durnholde Keep

Edit: I also didn't include quest rewards. For example, Grom'tor's Charge is by far your best choice for a weapon for a while.

If you want a REALLY GOOD easy to obtain ring that will last you until you get one of the above, pick up a Band of the Victor from 15 Marks of Honor Hold. It has +25 stamina and you can socket it with another +9 for cheap.
