i let my pet die, now i can't find it and it won't let me get a new pet. what do i do now? i know this is a dumb question and it was a dumb thing to do but i've found no help in any of the faqs.
Look in your spell book. You have a spell called "Revive Pet". Cast it, and you're gtg.

wow i'm an idiot thanks, i saw that spell but for some reason i had it in my head that i needed to be within 10ft of the pet to make that work.
Only healers trying to rez other players have to be in range.
Your pet can die in Mechanar, while you hearth to Ashenvale or somewhere and he pops to life right next to you.
It's strange, the way your pet follows you so fast, even when dead or stabled.

Just remeber to keep Mend Pet and Feed Pet on a action bar incase you need them in a pinch.
