Ambush: The damage multiplier on this ability has been increased from 250% to 275%.
Hemorrhage: This ability now correctly does additional damage when its debuff has already been applied.
Preparation now resets the cooldown of Shadowstep and no longer resets the cooldown of Adrenaline Rush.
Shadowstep now adds a 3 second, 70% movement speed increase.
Sinister Calling now also increases the percentage damage bonus of Hemorrhage and Backstab by 2/4/6/8/10%.

Cheat Death: When multiple attacks land simultaenously, all those resolved after the attack which triggered Cheat Death will now have their damage reduced by 90% as intended. However, the combat log will still report them doing full damage.
Hemorrhage: Rank 4 of this ability no longer has its charges consumed by non-physical attacks and spells.
Hemorrhage weapon damage reduced from 125% to 110%, but the damage debuff has been increased.
Rank 1 - 110% weapon damage, increases any Physical damage dealt to the target by up to 13.
Rank 2 - 110% weapon damage, increases any Physical damage dealt to the target by up to 21.
Rank 3 - 110% weapon damage, increases any Physical damage dealt to the target by up to 29.
Rank 4 - 110% weapon damage, increases any Physical damage dealt to the target by up to 42.

(from mmo-champion, patch notes about 2.3.2)

After reading this, it doesn't seem to me like Hemo is really nerfed- Blizz is just encouraging more peple to go to ShS. With the movement speed increase, which is how they responded to people wanting a 1 second stun with shadowstep, it's almost obvious. And getting hemo buffed back up to 120% instead of 110% is very nice, although you will lose mace stun (Unless you really can't let go, in which case I would suggest a 0/25/36 build which gives you both mace stun and 120% hemo damage.)

Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi, you're stupid.

Nah, hemo isn't nerfed when it's going from 125% to 120% weapon damage WITH sinister calling.

Lol, ok. Maybe I worded things wrong. What I really meant is, everyone is getting huffy about a 5% damage nerf if you spec out of maces, and you gain ShS anyway.

Because nobody really wants to "gain" ShS when they're losing mace stuns and a buttload of white damage.

Hemo getting nerfed by 15% untalented along with AR getting removed from prep completely killed a spec and more of "promoted" another one. The speed increase on shadowstep is only long enough to make it work like it should, it's a lag compensator.

And ShS still isn't arena-viable.

For as mobile as you'll be, you're not going to do any damage.

I love Blizzard's idea of buffing Shadowstep. Nerf the other portions of the tree that other builds used, that way as a whole the tree is weaker.

Yeah, Subtlety is much better now. You only do 5% less damage from Hemo than you did before!

No matter how much they buff ShS, a rogue is pretty useless if they can't really do burst damage and kill fast.

Look at warrior, intercept and crit you like nothing, can a rogue do that? Blah!

ShS is a lot of fun to play with. I'm beating the **** out of people with it, and doing good in raids. So honestly I don't see a problem with it.

The problem with it is that it's not good in arena.

A few top rogues who were fully supporting ShS have spec'd it and tried it in arena, only to say that it's not viable, and you're much better off going either combat maces or Muti come 2.3.2.

Yes, Hemo is nerfed.

When was the last time you saw a 1800+ ShS rogue?

I got Call of Duty 4 last week, so that's been consuming most of my free time. Plus, 30-50 is just a horrible leveling range. Probably the slowest in the game.
