Elementals DeckFollow

since chance on hit stats do not work for druids in animal form , i had a question about the Elementals deck/Malstorm(sp) trinket.

in the description, it says "chance to Strike your melee target with lightning for 200-300 dmg"

i understand that chance on HIT, never procs for druid in Animal form....but what about this Deck and the Chance to Strike?....do Hit and Strike mean basically the same thing....as in, dont get this for a Druid?

Chance on hit only doesn't work on weapons. I've got the Hourglass of the Unraveler and it works just fine in feral forms.

That said, I don't know if this would work or not...even if it did, there are better trinkets.

...now i am just full of questions...my druid has good 5-man non-heroic dungen gear, i'm not in a Kara guild, and i usually have to PuG'n Heroics and that has been....well, interesting...i also dont pvp enough for any decent gear there.

is this old world deck even worth equiping on a lvl 70 feral?
if you want to look me up, manowena on the moonrunner server...sry cant link armoury at the moment...and i think i am in my DPS gear now, not tanking, but i could be wrong, not sure what i was wearing when i logged off last.

you can for sure go to the opposing faction faire, no restrition there.
as for me...i live on a carebear PvE server, so, i'm not that worried about the corpse camping trying to get to the horde faire.

i am saving all my money for epic light skill...so not a spare copper to blow on any of the outlands decks... and Grr...still 1100+ short, and one empty bank alt after his fire sale at the AH to raise cash)

I was soloing BRD a while back and got the Ace of Elementals, so since then, i have been bidding on cheap elementals cards to fill my deck. last night, i found the last 3 i needed listed in the AH for about 50 total gold, and just went for it.
now, i think i have to get my darkmoon rep up enough to turn this sucker in.
