Abilities that are not on the GCDFollow

I'm trying to compile for myself a list of abilities that are not on the GCD (and hoping if I'm missing some, people can add to the list - the main purpose of posting this). Two types of such abilities exist: on-next-attack, or some abilities that are not spammable due to a CD. These include:

On-next-attack:
Heroic Strike
Cleave

CD:
Bloodrage
Shield block

So, what am I missing?

Reason I was asking is (this may sound dumb, but whatev) I had no idea shield block wasn't on the GCD until I figured it out yesterday.

As long as you include Spell Reflect (as RPZip pointed out), I think you have the complete list.

Keep in mind that while Shield Block is not spammable due to its 6 second CD, you should be mashing that button to make sure that it's up as close to full time as possible. Since it will not trigger the GCD, it's easy to do while still maintaining your normal tanking rotation.

Revenge bound to 1, shield block bound to 2. I mash both those buttons as long as all other effects are up (sunder x5, demo shout, tclap).

mousewheel down: SS
mousewheel up: revenge
shift+mousewheel down: devastate
shift+mousewheel up: tclap
press mousewheel: shield block
mousebutton 4: zerker stance>zerker rage anti-fear macro
mousebutton 5: cleave
E: taunt
R: shield bash
2: HS

once i got used to it, it dramatically reduced my mouse travel and reaction time.

I believe it's 5 sec CD, as long as the duration. It's also on as long CD as Revenge, so you can find a way for these to go about each other in your tanking rotation.

Or, like some people do (something that I despise from the bottom of my battle hardened heart), make a macro. Cast Shield Block and Revenge simultaneously (I believe that Revenge is available slightly longer than 5 sec after you block, however I could be wrong, so it'll work even if you don't get a single block/dodge/parry after you've pushed it (NOT likely with Imp. SB)).

As for key bindings... I have 3 mouse buttons right at my thumb. I assign each one to three action buttons on an action bar just above my stance buttons.
Voilà:
Farther Button - Devastate.
Middle Button - HS.
Closer Button - Shield Slam.

That along with my main action bar bindings:
1 - Revenge.
2 - Sunder (replaces Devastate if I'm not prot).
3 - Shield Block.
4 - Taunt.
5 - Thunder Clap.
6 - Shield Bash.
7 - Spell Reflection (replaces HS if I'm in an instance where I need this ability to a greater extent).
8 - Intervene.
9 - Rend (... I don't know, I never use it).
0 - Disarm.
+ - ... Well I can't fill 'em all up, can I?
´ - Shield Wall.
