Cant get Fel Armor SpellFollow

I am a 63 Demo Lock, but cannot get training for Fel Armor spell. Last time I leveled, I went to Org for training, but the Fel Armor spell was not available. Is there a prerequisite for this spell? Do I need to see specific location or trainer for it?

it should be available from the head lock trainer in undercity. if it's not, then open a GM ticket as it's a bug

No,they don't but you have trainers in starting areas and they cant teach you ALL spells.But trainers in major cities can teach all spells.
