My guild is mostly a bunch of PvErs, but the general population is starting to show more and more interest in forming premades. With AB weekend beginning tomorrow, I'd like to hear some of the strategies that you guys favor.

I'd rather not post this in the general forum, because most of them suck.

But these diagrams should give you the basic idea of what we've been talking about so far:

Three node Win

Three node + Offense on a fourth

Graveyard Rushdown

Depends who you are playing. premade vs pug, id steamroll and do the graveyard rushdown.

premade vs premade, i like the three node+offense.

You mean the three node and rotating 7-8 people.

1 at farm
3 to mine
5 to LM
6 to BS

and just control 4

if mine gets more then 3 can handle, reinforce farm and hold 3

thats my preference, makes it easy to reinforce whereever needs it, and mine tends to get the least traffic... and bs->mine is the easiest help route in ab

trying to 5cap is how premades lose... if they cant do it well enough

so why risk it i think

(I havent played in the 70 AB yet).

Every time we have played the grab three nodes and defend, we won. The key is to call out incs, and have a shiftable reserve group to send to nodes under attack. If the ally were sophisticated enough to feint an attack on LM and hit BS (ie), they could probably take one from us.

Trying to grab the 4th node is always risky, but if we are able to turtle them at ST, its usually an easy 5 cap win.
