40 spell damage at 38?Follow

I just picked up this sword on my prot pally, Dazzling Longsword. I'm debating enchanting it with 40 spell damage, but ever since 2.3 large prismatics have been 30g -_-

So would you do it? I have a 70 mage with epic flyer, thats about 2 days worth of 10 dailies/day, and I'd probably have to farm a stack of herbs too. On average thats like 3 hours of total grinding on my mage, not the end of the world, but if I do it I want it to be worth my time =)

I'm thinking the enchant would be a significant boost in prot grinding, more then anything else I can get. I'd probably use the sword until 51-60 somewhere in there. I wouldn't enchant another sword until I get a high warlord weapon at 60, then I'd use the HWL until 70.

Good point, I looked again today and I realized the HWL weapon was a dagger not a sword. And theres no spell damage HWL mace O_o

Heh, there's also a level 70 (Season one) mace for 27k honor with 199 spell damage that looks nice if you don't need the avoidance from Crystalforged.
