Ive been hunting around for a good warrior dps guild. [amongst other builds for other classes]
what would you suggest for a pve [raid 5man heroic] dps warrior?

It's a great build. Anything that focuses on personal DPS is great for 5-mans.
Barrom is right though. I'd take the points in Imp. Overpower (because you WILL be in berser stance for most of the time) and put in weapon mastery (thus reducing your chance to be dodged, and any urge to even use Overpower, by 2%).
Other than that it's very good.
