Mental Agility does the same thing as Healing Prayers, and if I'm not mistaken they don't stack. In other words, Healing Prayers is a waste of 2 points. I might be wrong about this, though, so please correct me if I am.
Likewise, Holy Reach gets pretty much no use and could be better spend elsewhere
Holy Concentration is very powerful because it keeps you outside the 5SR - get a proc off that followed by Inner Focus and you can potentially spend 10-15 seconds at fill spirit regen, which is formidable even if you stack mp5.
5/5 Divine Fury is really important for any healer.
Holy Nova and Lightwell are mostly wasted points. They are of very little help while healing a raid, and should probably be taken in favor of something more powerful.
Mental Strength is, again, mostly wasted. The minor mana boost won't be worth as much as moving those points into Improved DS for a raid-wide boost to casters and healers.
Silent Resolve doesn't do much except for really bad PuGs, the kind that you should leave right away >.> If the healer has aggro and Fade can't take care of it, then something's very wrong. The points would probably be better if they were shifted into Improved Shield.
Alternative, drop everything beyond Mental Agility and spend those points on maxing Empowered Healing and CoH instead. This kind of build is more useful once you start running ZA, TK, and SSC, since Kara and Gruul don't really have a lot for raid-wide AoE damage. Keeping one ImpDS priest is good, though.
