The set bonus on T4 is awesome. I'd definitely go with those.
For Gruuls, try to have over 200 hit rating. More is good, less is just awful.

T4 is a hard set bonus to break. Try to get shoulderpads or leggings in gruuls then put your goggles back on., if you get both, keep the T4 legs and shoulders and wear your other non T4 set pieces
