I'm just running Kara atm and was wondering where my + hit should be at?
With Gems and food I'm right at 300 + hit. Would I be able to re gem a bit for more atk/crit or should i still push more for hit cap.

NEVER gem for hit ... and eat food which buffs your AP / Crit ... 300 is waaay higher than it need to be.

But yeah .. read the sticky on PVE DPS ... all your questions are answered there !!
