just got http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=10797 tonight and http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=10803 last night and the friends i were with said those are great swords for me. my question is doesn't any kind of damage over time proc or poison break our stuns? sorry such a noob question but i been getting mixed feedback on that.

Damage over time does not break stuns. They will break gouge and blind though (which aren't stuns).

so what makes blind and gouge different from CS and KS? if i am not mistaken they are all on timers no? gouge does "stun" your target for up to 5.5 sec allowing you to restealth. i do see how blind can be broken but what makes CS and KS only counterable by a trinket or something along those lines?
KS and CS are ONLY removable by a trinket.
Gouge can be broken by any kind of damage, same with blind (or a trinket ofcourse)
and gouge will not allow you to restealth, you will need 6 seconds for that , and due to lagg maybe even 7 seconds.
Back to the question of the OP, yes 1 of those weapons has a poison effect and it will break blind or gouge if it is applied on the target, which can be very annoying.

The 2nd one because of the corruption effect. The second one because of the dot on the fireball.
I don't know what level you are but there are better swords than those 2 around the same level.
Thrash Blade, from a Maraudon quest, will last you for your MH until you can get an Outlands green sword off the AH. And Hanzo Sword (BOE and almost always available on the AH) will be a great OH until well into Outlands.

You seem to have stuns and incapacitating effects mixed up.
CS and kidney shot are stuns. They don't break on damage.
Gouge and blind incapacitate the target and break on damage.
