Lockpicking, presumably (the underwater chests in the lake in Redridge).

Grats to the OP on one of the more incomprehensible posts in recent times :)

Thank you so much for pointing this out...

I needed somewhere to level LP. Nagrand Cherry+Lvl 70 ftw!

And FYI, I went there at 174 LP and they were all grey to me.

Any LP underwater is god awful, unless you are UD, then its only mildly banging your head against the concrete.

i used the chests in the wetlands for awhile, not sure from what level though. as i have not leveled my lockpicking in awhile.

I leveled ming from 150+ at Angor Fortress in Badlands (would be better if I were lvl 70 so I could take down the 42 elite fire elemental)

They have Battered Footlockers that areyellow up tuill about 185-190, and by 175 you can open the dented footlockers at the very bottom where the elite is, respawn rate is fairly good, and there's 3-4 dented footlockers which means faster levelling...or you could do what some prick of a rogue did on my server recently, and that is going throught the pirate camp in tanaris, pickpocketing every mob and not killing them...
I really wanted to yell at that rogue, but unfortunately the rogue seemed to be on horde side.

what chest in the wetlands?

There's footlockers all within Wetlands... you've got to look for them

Also another underwater LP place would be in Desolace.

I like the Desolace place. You can pickpocket the Nagas as well and they are mostly spaced out so you seldom get adds. I always carry around a few water-breathing potions so the underwater stuff is no big deal.

Another good underwater lockpicking place is Swamp of Sorrows in the lake surrounding the Sunken Temple. There is seldom anyone around picking locks and the respawn rate on the boxes isn't too bad.

LoL - I did that in Tyr's Hand while trying to get my lockpicking up to 300 so I could do Outland mobs. I really hate to pick and run but I didn't think I could handle the elites there at my level at the time. Once I picked the mobs though, I was stuck since there was no one else around to kill them so they'd respawn. It turns out I got better results picking the undead Trolls around that crypt in the southwest part of the zone and I could kill them to make them respawn and pick them over and over. :)

Grr...Pick Pocketing without killing is right up there with not looting skinnable critters. I hate coming across a line of corpses and not being able to skin them. Especially when I was grinding turtles in Hinterlands for scales and some hordie was running around looking for meat I guess and wouldn't loot the trash.

At 64, I was still around 180 some because I was lazy. Pickpocketed some guy in SM while running a RL friend through lib, and then accidentally clicked on the wrong item with the pick lock ability - some random Arcane Tome, and I got a skill-up. I tried it again... Ding!
10 minutes of exploiting a funny bug got me up to 330-some lockpicking, which was enough to pick the locks in outland.

Sadly the exploit was nerfed a few days later, before my friend (a rogue as well) was able to cap his out.

I think I have some screenshots of 'You perform Pick Lock on Hearthstone' lying around somewhere...
