I've been trying to look it up in the wiki, but can't find the info.
I've heard that you have to have a certain rating in order to purchase the S3 Arena gear. Is that true? Or can I simply use arena points to buy the S3 pieces despite my crappy rating?

Only shoulders and the weapons need a special rating (2000 for shoulders, 1850 for weapons)
