I have got alot of requests for tanking heroics, but i am not sure if my gear will hold up, can somebody tell me which somewhat easy obtainable items i should have besides the gear i currently have?

I am planning on getting
1. heavy clefthoof boots and put in 2x 9+ stam gems and a +6 hit
2. earthwarden

regarding the back i am not sure yet and i do know i need to find some trinkets/rings.

current gear :

You need defense badly.

I'd go for the full Clefthoof set, it provides the best stats for tanking, great Armor, Sta and lots of defense rating. Defense > Resilience for PVE by a fair amount

As you have 3/3 SoFt you only need 415 defense to be uncrittable in PVE.

As for gems on the Clefthoof I like a combo of def/sta and sta/agi gems.

Earthwarden requires a rep grind to exalted so as you are not halfway thru honored, I would get a Braxxis (2.2k armor in bear form) and get a 35 agi enchantment on it.

Also you should look at getting the 2 minute Medallion of the Horde trinket instead of the 5 minute one. There will be lots of fear and CC type effects used by mobs in heroics.

Assuming that this is your tank set, you need more armor and dodge. You are currently crit immune with resilience so defense rating is not an issue. Your health looks fine also.

I would consider getting the Braxxis Staff of Slumber and putting +35 agility on it. You can usualy find the staff in the AH for less than 100 gold, but the enchant is rather pricey.

Your cloak also needs an upgrade. I would get either the Bogstrok Cloak, that drops in Slave Pens or the Thoriumweave Cloak which drops in Mechanaar. Put a +12 agility enchant on the cloak. Also, as you mentioned, get the Clefthide boots.

You could also upgrade your necklace. I would pick up the Necklace of the Deep, and gem it with stamina gems. The Necklace is craftable and can be picked up in the AH for about 70 gold.

Also as far as gems go, +hit isn't really neccesary for a tank to have. I would spend more slots on agility or stamina than on +hit.

This is probably the easiest way that you could gear yourself with the fewest changes; however, it might be worth it to get in entire Clefthoof set and stack defense rather than resilience. Since defense also contributes to your dodge rating this might be an easier way to get your dodge up.

My armory link below also has some fairly easily obtainable gear.

Oh yeah the cloak..

If you don't want to run instances hoping for a drop.

This cloak is the reward from an easy to complete quest chain Cloak of the Valiant Defender.

Here is a link to "Gearing your Bear for raiding" on Emmerald's forums. It is perfect for your needs as Heroic bosses require about the same level of gear as Karazhan.

It includes arena, PvP, quest & instance drops and gives several (ranked) options for each slot.

Heroics are fun to tank and much more of a challenge than regular instances and most raid encounters. Get into it!

Can someone explain a little about this? Is it just druids with 3/3 SoFt that don't need to go above 415 defense? If so, then what do warriors need to get their defense to to be uncrittable?

Raid bosses have an 8.6% chance to crit you. As such, Warriors need a total of 490 defense (Note: Not rating) to be crit immune. Since we get that handy Survival of the Fittest talent which gives a flat 3% reduction to incoming criticals, we only have to make up 5.6%; this comes out to a total of 415 defense, or 156 defense rating.
