Q about windfuryFollow

I've been on vacation for awhile and when I'm not doing anything I like to go to youtube and watch videos. Most are about shamans as I've gained a newfound interest after watching my friend play one.

My question is the Windfury tooltip says the damage is calculated as 2 extra hits + x attack power so with a 2h weapon would it show 2 different hits with the attack power or just 1 big hit?

If Windfury procced you would see.

Soandso hits the forest tree for x amount of dmg
Soandso's windfury attack hits the forest tree for x amount of dmg
Soandso's windfury attack hits the forest tree for x amount of dmg

So 3 hits total, all seperate, all able to be dodged, parried, etc.

Are you sure about this? I thought there had been a change to that making WF being 1 big hit that can OR crit OR not, not separately. Never looked in my log though to verify.

the new one will show the white hit followed by either 1 yellow if they both do the same thing (i.e. miss, crit, normal) or white hit followed by yellow crit, yellow hit or yellow hit yellow dodge.

What they said lol.. usually it'll be white and then yellow, yellow. If you miss, it'll show that as well.

Love it when I get those rare triple crits.

I know Windfury crits proc flurry, but for my own knowledge, the crit rate of the two extra attacks is equal to your normal crit rate right?
