At 1st this post was my ranting about a Huntard I encountered in Outlands on my alt, but I decided to change it to something fun, and constructive. This is the Hunters "TEN Commandments". Please contribute one (only one) suggestion for a commandment "per post", and I'll update the post at the end of January with the best 10.

My suggestion:
Thou shall learn the "ice block" technique, and master it by the level of 30.

And why not if that leather gives me better stats?
I dont see much difference between 3500 and 3800 armor since I am not really getting hit and in those rare cases I do get hit I am usually oneshotted.

Here is mine:
"Thou shall be your own pet's keeper." in other words, "Thou shall be responsible for the health and happiness of thine pet, not thine group's healer."

I have to say the ones about "thou shall not wear strength gear" and "thou shall not mellee over range attack" are a must for the list. Leveling alts Ive seen huntards trying to mellee even in the 40's. And OMFG, I still see huntards wearing heavey strength gear, I mean even gear with NO agi, WTF!?!?!

Thou shalt not use 1337 speak in retaliation to being corrected on how to play.

Ex.
Hunter: "I do more damage meleeing"
Other Party Member With A 70 Alt Hunter: "No you are a ranged dps class, and you should have your pet out at all times"
Hunter: "STFU n00b I are t3h b3st hunt3r in t3h r3@almz0rs, d0n't t3ll m3 h0w t0 pl@y"

Thou shall pull thy mob to thine trap, not place it amongst thy mobs and hope thy 25% chance of trapping the right mob worketh.
