Stun-Lock BuildFollow

Hello, everyone. This is my first time posting on the Rogue forums, but I've leveled 2 other characters to 70 and raided and PvPed on them extensively. The only class I have never touched is the rogue. It's not that I have a problem with them, I just always saw an abundance of them, and as such, they were never needed in my guilds.

But I've decided I want to try something new, so I'm going to start leveling a rogue, and I plan on PvPing with it a lot in every bracket.

And I really want to build an effective stun-lock build. Something where I can keep the opponent incapacitated for much of the fight.

I've messed around with the talent calculators a bit, and asked some of my higher level rogue friends, but I want some input from you guys.

The synergy with this build may be a bit messed up, and it may just suck in general. I don't really know what I'm doing.

Pretty standard mutilate build I think, but a bit more PvP oriented than PvE.

Anyways, if you guys could take these builds apart, link a suggested build, just give me some guidance, that'd be great. I really just want to be able to stun the crap outa people.
