My brother has a 24 warrior and I am doing a life stealing enchantment for him on one of his weapons. He duel weilds and has a medium speed main hand weapon, and a fast off hand weapon. I have heard if you are just going to enchant one hand the main hand is more likely to proc even if the weapon is slightly slower.
So my question is for best results should I enchant the slower main hand weapon or the faster off hand weapon?

for best results:
1) enchant the mh. Chance on hit procs also proc off instant attacks, most of which come only from the mh anyway (excepting WW which now uses both mh and oh).
2) dont dual wield at level 24. You will be missing a quarter of your white hits and almost a tenth of your specials. "chance on hit" implies that you must hit first to enable the proc.
